ATA500T is used to convert an explosion-proof analogue telephone into a VoIP (SIP) telephone. It offers an economical route for plants migrating to IP telephony without replacing the existing ATEX telephone estate. The ATA500T requires an external 12 Vdc or 24 Vdc supply; the ATA500TP operates via PoE. The housing is rated IP66.
